The programme tuition fee includes lectures, study materials, tea/coffee breaks and lunch. The tuition is different from the registration fee which is non-refundable. Payment is due upon notification of admission. Details of payment will be provided to applicants upon confirmation of admission.
All cancellations must be made in writing. A full refund will be granted up to one month before the start of the programme. Due to programme demand and the volume of pre-programme preparation, cancellations received after one month prior to the programme will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation includes deferral requests by applicants. Those deferring should however note that the programme fee may change and deferrals will be subject to the new fee.
The details you provide including comments, and voice and video recordings during classes will be held on the International School of Management (ISM) database and will be used to promote other products and services that may be of interest to the International School of Management or her partner universities. This information will NOT in any way be made available to external companies for marketing purposes. INVOICE / PAYMENT DETAILS
NB: Payment must be made in Naira except otherwise stated. Please note that payment is required in advance of the programme. International School of Management (ISM) reserves the right to refuse admission or deny certification if payment is not received on time or in full.

FEES AND VENUE
The fees for these events cover all writing materials, lunch, refreshments, and course administration. A VAT invoice and joining instructions (if applicable) will be sent to you acknowledging your booking. This includes a full statement of our terms and conditions.
Please contact us if you do not receive this within seven days of booking. Should applicants have any specific dietary requirements, please inform our customer service team of the numbers above.
DELEGATES AND COMPANIES OUTSIDE LAGOS
If your company is based outside Lagos we will require full payment prior to booking you a place on any of our programmes. To make a booking and payment, please telephone our customer service or admissions team.
SUBSTITUTIONS / CANCELLATION
Upon receipt of your booking form, your place(s) will be confirmed. Any cancellation must be received in writing and the appropriate charges will apply based on the cost of your booking. Any cancellation that is less than a month before the programme will attract a 50% surcharge. Delayed payments will attract 5% interest per month from the due date of the invoice.
IMPORTANT NOTE
This application form constitutes a legally binding contract. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of International School Management (ISM), to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled, ISM will automatically make a full refund but disclaim any further liabilities.
